[Dsg-hallc_epics] Hall C PV list and questions

I have attached the lists of what we archive in our local archiver software.

Most of what is in hms and shms comes from skylla.  esr_cryo is stuff 
from the accelerator control system and probably archived by them 
already.  Lines that begin with # are comments (or obsolete variables 
commented out.)
