[Dsg-hallc_epics] Hall C HV modules to be tested by DSG

There are 3 bad bad boards.  Two A1535SN (negative) and one A1535SP 
(positive).  Simona Malace or Chuck will bring them to you.

I don't know what card Chuck already brought.  If it is an A7435, then 
your group has already tested it so I don't see a need to retest it.

P.S.  The A1535 boards are no longer sold.  The a7435 is the replacement 
model.
