[Dsg-hallc_epics] HV screens deployed

I brought the CSS HV screens up in the counting house.

In doing so I noticed that two channels in each of the SHMS and HMS DC were missing (HDC1_wires, …)  I think it is because for these channels, there is more than one space between some of the columns in the .hvc files.  I got all the channels to show up in the GUI by editing the .hvc files to have only one space between the detector element name and the first second column.

It would be good to accept arbitrary whitespace between columns as the .hvc files are human edited.
