I would unplug it for a minute or two, disconnect the network cable. Power it back on with the display connected and see if it powers up and displays a normal Rpi screen (all without the network plugged in).</div>

<div>We think there might be some issue with the rpi for GEM gas flow monitoring in hall c. We tried power cycling it, but it did not respond. We hook up a display to the rpi, but nothing shows up on the screen.</div>
