There is a keyboard connected to the rpi, I pressed Ff2, but nothing happened. I also noticed when I press the caps lock key, the cap lock light on keyboard did not light up either. I have checked the keyboard with another laptop.</div>

If it is making it past the rainbow screen for the GPU test at least the SD card isn't totally broken.</div>

I think if you press F2 at the welcome screen it should switch over to the console log, maybe there is something there that might help troubleshoot?</div>

We seem to have issues with the rpi used for gem gas flow monitoring in Hall C. It is stuck at the welcome to raspberry Pi Desktop screen. Do you have some suggestions? We are in restricted access till 2pm.</div>
