<div>I have no problem changing the numbering to be the same as for the CAEN system.</div>
<div>It actually makes more sense to do it this way since each column of PMTs is connected to one CAEN module.</div>
<div>Moving forward we'll make sure to use this numbering system.</div>

Our vendor is ready to start producing the RG-58 signal cables and is<br>
asking how we want them labelled.<br>
<br>
My inclination is for the label scheme to follow the pattern imposed by<br>
the 36 channel HV cards (which aligns with the 36 crystal columns).<br>
<br>
** I would like to start counting at '0'. The CAEN software and the<br>
analyzer are generally indexed that way, and there is eternal<br>
confusion and off-by-one errors if we mix conventions. Please let's<br>
just start counting at zero :-)<br>

So I would suggest a labelling scheme of "row# - col$", starting at 0:<br>
