      Happy New Year to you too!  Another year, another problem with
      Radiall pieces?!? :-(<br>

      There is clearly a difference between the two pieces.  I'll talk
      to Gianni and the CAEN HV people tomorrow morning when they're
      back in the office.  I suppose it could be QAQC or incorrect
      screws, but whatever the issue we need to get it resolved.<br>
      <br>
      How many pieces are we talking about?  Is it the whole last order?<br>

        That was going to be my guess as well. From the top down picture
        it looks like the threaded portion on the new ones have a
        slightly bigger diameter compared to the old ones.</div>

              I have a new issue with the Radiall connectors. The last
              five connectors I tried to attach have strain relief
              screws that won't tighten. I tried one from a previous
              order, it tightened properly. The first picture shows the
              strain relief attached to a connector. The second picture
              is a top view of the strain relief. They look like they're
              made of different materials, the old ones are shinier. The
              last picture is a side by side view, the screw holes look
              like the depths are different.</div>
