<div>Hi Greg,</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I went back and checked all the connectors. It appears half of the connectors (20) are alright. The connectors that arrived later, seem be problematic ones.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I also tried the screws from the "old" and current orders, both screws fit the old strain relief, but not the new ones. </div>

<div><font face="Times New Roman">Hi Aaron, Brian and all,<br>
<br>
Happy New Year to you too! Another year, another problem with Radiall pieces?!? :-(<br>
<br>
There is clearly a difference between the two pieces. I'll talk to Gianni and the CAEN HV people tomorrow morning when they're back in the office. I suppose it could be QAQC or incorrect screws, but whatever the issue we need to get it resolved.<br>
<br>
How many pieces are we talking about? Is it the whole last order?<br>

Best,<br>

That was going to be my guess as well. From the top down picture it looks like the threaded portion on the new ones have a slightly bigger diameter compared to the old ones.</div>

I have a new issue with the Radiall connectors. The last five connectors I tried to attach have strain relief screws that won't tighten. I tried one from a previous order, it tightened properly. The first picture shows the strain relief attached to a connector.
The second picture is a top view of the strain relief. They look like they're made of different materials, the old ones are shinier. The last picture is a side by side view, the screw holes look like the depths are different.</div>
