One thing that causes problems with the HV is when there are too many copies of the java Phoebus CSS GUI running. As time goes on, the number of separate GUI’s running on adaqsc tends to go into the dozens, using up OS resources. Killing all the GUIs and
just starting what is needed clears things up.
