The small jumper wire on the HV card itself is a safety loop cable that was used for testing. It can be removed.</div>

The longer wire that is coming out from the metal Radiall connector is connected to the cable's shield/drain.</div>

Since it wasn't clear if this would be needed for noise performance or not it has been left as a flying lead. If noise performance is an issue they should probably be connected to the ground lug of the crate.</div>
