We had a similar problem with setting up archiving in the past for other new systems in the EEL and part of the resolution was adding the servers' IP to the gateway to let it talk between the Hall C development subnet and Accelerator subnet. Perhaps this is

 one of the things preventing the data from being archived?</div>
