attached find the rota.

this is the same rota that hallb b uses currently. 
our opinion is that the same person be the contact for both the halls over the same period of time. 
if there should be a call from each hall during the same time period for that person, they should use the phone numbers listed and get help from another member. 

as ruben mentioned: 
1. the first line of defense should be the hall's engineering staff. 

2. MSG group should be notified. 
we are of the opinion that this notification should help MSG understand the Hall D magnet system and consequently they'd be able to provide, in the near future, expert advise and explain the system. For example, we are unable to understand the need for a PXI system rather than the simpler standard cRIO system, which Hall B uses. 
perhaps knowing what caused a fast dump within a micro-second is critical, however, when it comes to this issue, the author is obtuse; perhaps, one day we'll understand. 

3. for the hallb magnets, this rota has worked exceeding well. 
the motivation and the expertise of the rota members are exceptional.

I believe we can finalize the DSG on-call issue with the following suggestion; 

For emergencies, I would like to use the on call list you set up for Hall B (or similar). 

Can you please send the on call schedule to me so I can post it in the proper place for the Hall D expert staff in case we cannot solve a problem and need help from your group. 

If this is not satisfactory to you, can you please make another suggestion?
