[Dsg-halld_plc] Solved magnetic field readout issues

Hello, 

During the Hall D Controls meeting held on 3/22/2018, it was discussed the solution performed for the bad magnetic field readout (negative scale) in the Solenoid. 
It was found that the problem was due to wrong hardware and software configurations. To solve the problem, the configuration file in the PXI was updated. Also the scale for the sensor (magnetometer) was changed from auto-range to a fixed scale.
