[Dsg-halld_plc] New WMenu options for Hall D WEDM screens

Hi Tyler,


the beamline vacuum GUI already exists in EDM and is in WMENU, it is 
called "Hall D Vacuum Combo".

You do not need to make a new one, but it would be useful to have a link 
there

to this EDM GUI.


The tree structure looks fin to me.
