[Dsg-halld_plc] Hall D WEDM screen improvements

Hello,

In today's Hall D slow controls meeting, I noticed a few things in the WEDM screens we looked at that could have been improved. I then looked through all screens for any other changes that should be made.

The changes that have been made this afternoon are:

  1.  On the Solenoid vacuum WEDM screen, it's been changed to more closely match what is in CSS for the gate valve status. Before it was 1/0 for open/closed in WEDM, now it actually displays the text "OPEN" or "CLOSED". Attached is a comparison between CSS (left) and the new WEDM (right).
  2.  On the Solenoid Coil 3 and Coil 4 temperatures WEDM screens, there was one indicator on each screen that was extra and not on the CSS screens. The indicator was removed.
  3.  On ComCal Environment, the WEDM Fan Control status indicator was opposite from the states in CSS. This has been corrected.
  4.  On ComCal Chiller CSS screen, coolant flow indicator had been added. Added coolant flow to WEDM screen.
  5.  On DIRC Environment CSS screen, the Liquid Levels are now indicated by what seems to be a text indicator. The LED was replaced with text indicator in WEDM to match it.

I also noticed that the Solenoid Power Supply screen's status bits and  the MPS Interlock SUM status bit on the Solenoid Interlocks screen are still not working. As we've found, this is because those PVs were accidentally taken out in the last IOC update.
