[Dsg-halld_plc] Watlow temperature controller quote and PR charge code?

Hi Tim and Nick,

I requested and received a quote for the Watlow temperature controller (attached) needed as a Hall D spare and for development of Ethernet/IP communications for chillers. We want to go a head and order it so we have it on hand for any development.

Could you review the quote to verify that it's for the correct part?

Also, what charge code should be used for the PR?
