[dsg-halld_magnets] WEDM screen updates for Hall D completed

Hi Hovanes,

I've updated the Hall D WEDM screens we talked about in last week's Hall D Slow Controls Meeting<https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Controls_Meeting_27-Jan-2022>.

The screens that are linked on the main epicsweb menu should be the updated versions of these screens, with the exception of the new "MPS/Magnet LCW and Temperature Monitor" screen. I'll be sending an email shortly to accelerator to have them add the new screen to the menu with the rest of the solenoid ones.

For the GlueX overview screen, I do have some comments (the blue is your comment from the meeting, black is mine):

Tagger magnet NMR readout on the main GlueX EPICS GUI is “hidden” in WEDM even when the NMR probe is locked. It should be hidden and “crossed out” when not locked , and shown when locked. Now it behaves differently from what CSS version does.
The PV making it "crossed out" (HDNMR:SIGLCK) and the PV for the indicator (HDNRM:SIG) returns an "invalid channel name" error when I try to use caget on hdops and also opsl00 (where the WEDM screen is hosted). Unless these PVs can be read anywhere, the indicators on the WEDM screen won't work

In the Goniometer block the orientation of the polarization plane just to the right of the Radiator name is never shown on WEDM. It works in CSS.
I redid the logic for this in WEDM so hopefully it works now. At the time of writing this, it's correctly showing "unknown". Once the PVs for this status change, I'll have to double check it to make sure the right status shows in WEDM.

Also,  the color of the digits for the current and the field of the solenoid are white for some reason.
WEDM automatically makes the indicators white when the PV is disconnected. When I was checking the screens, the indicators were the normal blue background with black text.
