The MPS Interlock SUM bit is black on WEDM because its PV can't be found.</div>

Back in July 2019, the PVs "SOL:i:MPS_Status_Read_BOOL;0" and "SOL:i:MPS_Status_Read_BOOL;1" were added to be able to parse the MPS status array in WEDM, but when I use caget for those PVs, it returns that with a channel connect time out.<br>

I was able to change the "_1st" indicators to sets of rectangles whose visibility is based on their value. This should better replicate what's in CSS.</div>

I tested the logic for the rectangle visibility using a test PV and it worked fine. The real test would be to see if the WEDM matches the CSS if there is an interlock.</div>
