I have a standard 19" rack mount DIN rail bracket/holder that would probably work fine. I need to get my hands on it to see how we would mount it to the wall or if we have much more time we can probably just include in the model and spec it all out remotely.

You can see from Tim's attached picture all the signals are originating from either the DP sensors or the flow meters, the ideal location would be a clear space on the wall above or besides the existing installation.

All of the sensors for the point IO system are currently on the wall behind the downstream platform. Fortunately Scot had an extra Ethernet cable ran to this location recently, we will be able to use it for the Ethernet link to the downstream platform PLC<br>

<div>I dug around for some pictures but I cant seem to find a good overall photo of the existing installation. We should be able to sink in wall mount anchors for the DIN rail system fairly close, I would estimate ~6ft or less for each cable from sensor to
pointIO. <br>

<div>Once the location for the DIN is laid out we will actually be able to re-use the existing sensor cabling we will just cut it from the umbilical and land at the new point IO system.

For the final system to install in Hall D, we would also need a DIN rail, fusing between the power supply and 1734-AENT module, and cabling to the pressure and flow sensors. These components shouldn't be too expensive and can probably be bought with a credit
card like the Watlow chiller controller was. I will gather another cost estimate for these other item, but I have a few questions (below). Some of them may not be able to be answered at the moment due to the work-from-home situation.<br>
