to preclude conflicts and to facilitate efficient support by the dsg, peter has created the mailing list. 
this mailing list has been configured that even people not named in the mailing list, can send e-mails to the mailing list and the e-mail will be distributed automatically ( without a moderator/censor ) to all the people named in the mailing list.
