[dsg-hdice] Pump cart lock-out

I planned to attend the DSG meeting this afternoon. I have to scrap my plan because a broken cryostat needs my full attention to access the situation in the next few days. I'll try to attend the meeting next week.

Hi Mike, 

Mindy, Sahin, and I have taken the locks off the pump cart, placed the batteries back in the UPSs, and connected the power cords. We would like for you to check the cart and make sure everything is properly plugged back in.
