[dsg-hdice] Synchronization date evaluation

Hello,

Dr. Sandorfi stopped by the DSG control room 7/11/17 to inquire about the status of the CT-box with synchronization. He would like the synchronization by the end of September. We are evaluating the feasibility of this deadline because we are working on many other projects for the upcoming fall run.

We are also waiting on program testing for NMR, FRS, and RTP.
