[dsg-hdice] Power for the new NMR rack

Naturally, the original part isn't readily available anymore.

I've ordered an LED that is similar in specs, but needs a 12 mm hole instead of the current 10 mm, figured it would look nicer in the end than getting an 8 mm one and using shims to make it fit.
