[dsg-hdice] RF generator

No, I don't know where the signal generator went. I have been working on fixing and restarting two cryostats, and haven't have any time to work on the NMR system yet. Should I need to use any equipment from your group, I would send a group email to ask the availability first, and then ask you to help me to locate it. (This is the communication protocol which we established last year, I believe.)
