[dsg-hdice] Problem with PD Level Alarm

Hello,

Last Friday the PD Level Alarm for the NMR program did not send a warning email when the alarm limit was reached. I worked on the alarm on Friday and the problem should be fixed. Xiangdong is testing the alarm and will let me know if the problem persists.
