[dsg-hdice] Power supply tests

I'm preparing presentation for a foreign trip (leave on Friday) right now, but Charles Hanretty will help you to do the switch. 

Charles, would you please short the IPS output and use the resistor to replace the persistent current switch asap, as we discussed on Friday? Thank you.

Pablo and I have some tests we would like to perform on the power supply and NMR program. I believe you mentioned a resistor would need to be placed on the switch heater connectors on the back of the power supply. Will you be in the lab this afternoon to help us with that?
