[dsg-hdice] NMR test

Hi Amanda, 

So far I have collected 4800 sweeps at 1.67 Kelvin, but haven't had a chance to check the noise level yet (The gas handling module of HDice 10mK-15T dilution refrigerator failed ~10 days ago, which bumped the NMR issue to the 2nd priority until the reason of problem and a possible solution is found). I'll start collecting NMR data at 4.2K while diagnosing the dilution refrigerator.
