she'll have and agenda for the meeting, and will post the minutes on the DSG web site. 
to make these meeting effective, i suggest that you bring up action items and that we present the status thereof in the subsequent meeting as well as issues that we are facing.

That works for us. We will meet at 2pm every other Thursday in the DSG control room, starting October 25. Pablo, Tyler, Brian, Pete, Mary Ann, and I will be attending.

Hi Xiangdong, 

Since you are testing the NMR program and there is a review coming next year for HDIce, we feel it may be best to have a bi-weekly meeting in the DSG control room to discuss documentation and program performance. Please let us know what you think of the idea and, if you would like to meet, when you would be available to do so. We are available any day except for the afternoon on Wednesdays and Fridays.
