Just a FYI here's the last schedule put out from Accelerator (not sure how set in stone these dates are):

End of the current run:                                       September 9
Start of fall physics run:                                     November 25
End of fall physics run:                                       December 20

The accelerator will be kept in power permit over the winter break, to expedite the ensuing startup

Restoration begins:                                           January 3, 2020
Start of spring physics:                                      January 10
End of spring physics:                                        May 6

Dear Amrit,

it should have been a misunderstanding. The ERR is scheduled for 11/5/19 and concerning the experimental runs I don’t know when they will be scheduled.

w.r.t. dsg support:
between 11/25/19 through to the lab shutdown, 12/20/19, several dsg members will be taking vacation.
additionally, they will be supporting the halls.
so, if there is any support you would like to have from DSG,  let us know in advance so that we can schedule our activities.
