[dsg-hdice] Windows 10 Upgrade for NMR Rack 2 Computer

Good morning Peter,

It looks like that we have to upgrade the Rack 2 now. The bluejeans meetings were not running correctly since last week (It shown only one participant---itself in the meeting while displayed shared screen from other computers in the meeting. Others didn't see it at all.) Updating and rebooting the computer and bluejeans meeting didn't make any difference. It's time to abandon the windows 7, I think.

I backed up the NMR data from the Rack 2 computer yesterday.

In order to make the Windows 10 transition smoothly, I think the NMR Rack 2 related software and hardware drivers should be backed up, too. Could you arrange the backup? I can also send the computer to the DSG office, so you can do all necessary work there and send it to the helpdesk later.

I'll initiate an IncidentNow entry.
