Hi Xiangdong,

Could you send us the run table file, magnet setting (PD-I?), sensor enable setting, and sync setting?

We need to confirm the test cycle settings.

Regards,

Peter

Amanda,

That's great to hear. I'll start to test and use them when I have a chance.

The 160 seconds NMR cycle is much longer than the cycle in the old computer (133s), do you know why the program slow down that much? Is there any way improve the scanning time?

Thanks,

Xiangdong

By the way, I didn't get your original message. Could you please check to see if anything bounced back to you? I checked both my inbox and junk mailbox and did not see a trace of your message.

Hi Xiangdong,

The NMR program completed the test of 2,000 cycles. Each cycle takes about 2 minutes and 40 seconds to complete, and all 2,000 cycles completed in about 3 and a half days. All instrumentation was checked and is working fine.

We have completed the Windows 10 installation, fabricated signal cables, checked instrumentation, re-routed the grounding wires, incorporated the CT-box for more accurate current measurements and triggering capabilities, built and installed the RF attenuation unit, rewrote part of the NMR program to include sensor readings, email warnings, and variable sweep parameters, upgraded LabVIEW and the NMR and FRS programs, and ran tests of the NMR and FRS programs successfully. All tasks assigned to Rack #1 have been completed.

Regards,

Amanda
