[dsg-hdice] 30 V supply

Brian,
    Before he went on vacation, Wei requested that I ask you to measure the
voltage going to a proportional valve prior to the installation of this
power supply. He'd like to see if it matches your previous measurements
(taken before the installation of the other new power supply). If you're
not sure which valve this is, I can show you.
