[dsg-hdice] Windows 10 LabVIEW install

Hi Xiangdong,

LabVIEW and the NMR project file are now on the Windows 10 computer.  The computer is now in NMR Rack #1.  I recall you needed to use the GPIB-USB converter a while ago.  Are you still using it?  If so, please let me know when you will be finished with it so I can set up the instrumentation and test the NMR program.
