[dsg-hdice] Windows 7 Computer

I am still confused about where your suggested transferrable license currently resides. It is not the license now on HDiceEXP (1), since that is a network license which we want to avoid. During G14 (2011-2012), we had a standalone license supplied by Worth but that was lost when the machine was upgraded from XP to Win7 and the present network license was installed on the new LabView copy.

I don't think a new license is required, probably just need to transfer it.

So, as I understand it a new license needs to be acquired. Could you obtain a quote and write up the PR?

Hi Mike,

I installed LabVIEW 2019, but since I can't activate it I've gone as far as I can.

That computer ID is for the new computer so none of the other ones should have it.

Whoever activated that license needs to get a code based on that computer ID.

Since I'm going on vacation starting week someone else from the DSG will help with getting any additional software on the server.

When new machine comes in, it will need LabView including RealTime for controlling the RealTime crate connected via USB. Time frame is uncertain since we do not have a delivery date for the computer. It is complicated by the pumping skid location in UITF Cave 2, which is scheduled to be locked
