Hi Xiangdong,

We've completed the development of the fsNMR program in both Stages 1 and 2.

I put a copy of the program on the PC hdicenmr2 on the hdice user account's Desktop.

Stage 1 is in a folder called "fsNMR - STAGE 1" and Stage 2 in a folder called "fsNMR - STAGE 2".

Stage 1 has the ability to run multiple sweeps and acquire lock-in amplifier X and Y data, calculating and displaying the averaged data. All individual cycles' data, the averaged data, and the settings used for the run is saved in text files.

Stage 2 is built off of Stage 1 and adds the ability to select a file to use as background data. This option is presented to the user in a pop-up window. If the background data option is used, the user is given the option to normalize the new data to the background data (as discussed in the DSG-HDice meetings). The program also checks to make sure the settings used matches the settings used to acquire the background data. Stage 2 also has some adjustments to the program's timing and gain auto-adjust to optimize running the program.

Both programs are in a LabVIEW project with the existing NMR program. To run either program, go to the appropriate folder, open the LabVIEW project file, and then open the fsNMR program from the project's menu. When the program has completed, the results are saved in the folder "fsNMR-results" in the same directory as the project file. Within the NMR-results directory, there are additional directories for each run where the directory name is the data and time the program completed.

If you have any questions or have any issues running the program, please let us know.

Best regards,

Tyler
