Hi Xiangdong,
I was re-looking at the Stage 2 fsNMR program this morning and found a small coding error in the calculation of the normalization factor from the background data. The wires for R and Phase were connected to Frequency and R, respectively.
If you have used the program to gather some data already, it should be straightforward to compensate for this error by doing some "offline" calculations. If you know which data run was used as the background, a correction program can be written to "undo" the incorrect normalization and then to recalculate the correct normalization factors and then re-average and re-normalize the data. Just let us know which background data was used for which run.
Also, if you have had a chance to run the fsNMR program, what are your thoughts on it? Are there any other features needed or is it working as expected?
Best regards,
Tyler
