[dsg-hdice] fsNMR program broken when using background files

Hi Tyler,

When it gets closer to 3PM, I'll send you an email to see if you are ready
and in the mean time, we'll keep taking data.

Looking through the data sets to get a head start sounds good.  We need to
try to resolve this problem as soon as we can since we are taking NMR
scans of the target in the IBC for Run 2.
