Each time after starting the FRS from the VI, the first scan always produced wrong result. The detected signal amplitude was around 10^-7 or 10^-8 V regardless the power setting, and the phase was fluctuating between -180 and +180 degrees. Please see the picture

<span data-mce-style="font-family: 'times new roman','new york',times, serif;" style="font-family: "times new roman","new york",times,serif;">"first_FRS scan_with_different_powers". Any scan after the initial produced a normal looking spectrum. On the other rack, most parameters of the FRS program use last setting as defaults, except for RF power---which is always reset to -63dBm to avoid accidental target depolarization. The default value for the power should be always -63 dBm and confirmed after FRS program was loaded in.

<span data-mce-style="font-family: 'times new roman','new york',times, serif;" style="font-family: "times new roman","new york",times,serif;">3. Some times the scan stuck at hunting the correct sensitivity windows, and the only way to move on was to use Windows Task Manager to kill the program.

<span data-mce-style="font-family: 'times new roman','new york',times, serif;" style="font-family: "times new roman","new york",times, serif;">Since it was seen a few times for the other rack also in the past, it was not unique. It may be caused by some timing mismatch or wrong logic, I think.
