The 2 latest (lab pushed) windows 10 updates on the NMR Rack 1 control computer failed with error code of 0x8007042b. The first (02/20/2019) failed and rolled back after 18 hours and the second (02/05/2019) failed after 22 hours. The update history is attached

 with this message. The Microsoft Q&A suggested that the problem could be caused by the changes of component settings.</div>

Could you take a look at this computer to see if the GPIB or any other NMR related hardware/software is holding or locking up some memory that prevent the windows updating from finishing?</div>
