<li>This might be an instance of the plot's settings reverting to its default some how. We can take a look to see if there is a way to set the plot colors at the start of the program to make sure the average is red and the "live" data is white.<br>

<div>Adding a starting comment which allow me to write some notes for the scan would be nice, since the moment of entering the end comment is very hard to catch. (Since a single 2500-point trace took ~10 minutes to collect, it's too long to wait for the end
of the run.) </div>
