The changes sound good. For the comments, can we just add the initial comment and keep the end comment (like the field-sweep NMR program so I can still write comments at the end when I need to)? </div>

I logged on to the NMR Rack 2 PC this morning like we talked about in yesterday's meeting and made some of the modifications to the program.<br>

To help keep a record of the changes, they were:</div>

<li>Remove scaling from Phase</li><li>Move comment input to before the user starts the run</li><li>Added logging of whether background was used</li><ol style="list-style:outside none lower-alpha">
<li>This wasn't talked about but I figured it was something helpful to add to the program.</li><li>This addition will automatically add a comment to the settings file stating whether background was used and if it is, what background data was used

However, I was unable to run the program to test any of the changes. I'm guessing this is because the hdice account is logged on and is still running the fsNMR program. Could you please log on as the hdice user and close the fsNMR program so the changes could
be tested?</div>
