I finished up adding the cryogenic monitoring to the fsNMR program.</div>

The fsNMR program now continuously monitors the liquid helium temperature and level at a 1 Hz rate, regardless of whether there are sweeps occurring.<br>

When you start the program, there is a new pop up window that asks whether you want to enable helium level/temperature monitoring and what to email addresses alerts should be sent to. If there is someone that should always get an email, I can add them as the
default so the program will always include them in the address list.<br>

If either reading goes out of the bounds set on the Cryo Monitoring tab in the program, the program automatically sends an email. The email will have the subject line "HDice fsNMR Cryo has reached alarm limit" and state that one of the monitored conditions
went out of bounds and then list the conditions and the limits in a tab-and-comma separated table.</div>

Same as in the field scan NMR program, the temperature log is for determine the thermal equilibrium polarization of H, D and F in PD conditions, where temperature and magnetic field of the target are well defined. For IBC, since it's too complicated to integrate
to data stream, the temperature measurements shouldn't be used (same as in regular NMR program).</div>

When connected to PD-1 or PD-2 and the sensor readings are also used send warnings to operator only (since the magnet is in persistent current mode, which requires a complicated procedure and the full IPS control program to change the field, the fsNMR program
leave the magnet alone). The 1st alarm warning will trigger manual intervention immediately. (We have 2 people live onsite now.) For the future, we will add the magnet control functions, and test thoroughly before implementing, when the machine is not busy.</div>
