<div class="x_PlainText">I emailed Ed about the situation and he offered a different solution. He<br>
suggested connecting my personal laptop to the Lock-In amplifier with the<br>
USB cable. I could let him use my laptop to activate the device features.<br>
Once he activates the features, any PC that connects to the device will<br>
automatically have access to the new features.<br>

In this case, the earliest we could start the trial would be Tuesday<br>
afternoon.<br>
<br>
Tyler, I can make sure you have as much access to the device as possible<br>
to explore the new features before you go on vacation. I can check them<br>
out in the evening and on the weekend when you are away.<br>

I will contact Ed again and get back with an update.<br>
