<div>The rs232 and 485 to usb converters on the rack1 were not functioning after we rebooted the pc an hour ago. The lights on the converters were off or wrong color, like the problems on rack2 a few months ago. I remember you told me that the windows upgrade

 messed up the settings of the rs232 converter, and you had to manually change them...</div>
