[Dsg-rnd_ansys] 2023-08-31 DSG-Ansys R&D meeting minutes

Hello,

DSG has internal weekly meetings to discuss the progress of the Ansys projects. Below are some highlights for our meeting:

  *   Discussed plots with exponential fit using the data from Ansys transient simulation results when the ambient temperature increases and decreases 1°C
  *   For the NPS thermal analysis with Ansys Fluent, completed with face/wall separation of 1080 crystals
  *   Generated plot that shows the temperature at the inlet, middle, and outlet sections when air flows through the entire length of the EIC beampipe at different inlet flow velocities
