[E01107] E01107 archival paper

Dear All,
Thank you for your comments on the E01107 archival paper. All your comments and
suggestions have been incorporated. The new version with all the changes is now
available at http://www.jlab.org/~ddutta/e01107_longpaper.pdf
We expect to submit the paper to PRC during the first week of August.

List of major additions:
Definition of nuclear transparency inserted prominently in two places, the
introduction and at the start of the discussion of the results.

A paragraph on n-N FSI has been included

A discussion of the systematic uncertainties in the radiative corrections has
been included.
