[E01107] PRC response to referee comments

Hello All,
We have compiled our response to the referee comments on the E01107 archival
paper. Thanks to all of you who read through the whole document and made
changes. The manuscript is much improved because of your effort. There are
numerous textual changes to make it easy to read, it is impossible to list all
of those changes. For your convenience, the text changed/added directly in
response to a specific referee comment has been highlighted in blue. Before
submitting we will turn off the blue. A txt file with our response to the
referee comments has also been prepared. These two files can be downloaded

A new figure (fig 19) was added to show the quality of the A-dependence fit.
Most figures were updated to increase the label and title sizes. All the
editorial comments about the figures and tables have been incorporated.
