[E01107] Revised article on the kaon results from E01107 (response to referee comments)

Hi All,
We have updated the E01107 kaon paper as per the referee comments and
editorial comments.
Please download the new version from

These were just minor changes and they are also listed in the file
 http://www.jlab.org/~ddutta/list_of_changes.txt

The editorial response did not say anything about their decision to publish.
We wrote to the editor asking for a clarification but have not received a
reply yet. Our guess is that the editor is still waiting for the second
referee to reply.

In any case we hope to send the revised manuscript back to PRC next week.
Please let us know if you have any comments on the new manuscript.
