Dear E02-013 collaborators,

It came to our attention that some of you were not on our previous
mailing list, and for this we sincerely apologize.   With this in
mind, and also to accommodate those of you who would like more time to
look over the manuscript, we would like to propose the following
modified timeline for submission.

We would like to receive feedback on the attached manuscript within
ten days (by June 6th).  While we welcome your comments (particularly
those who did not receive the manuscript in December!), we
respectfully ask that you keep in mind that we received a mountain of
feedback on the December draft, and have struggled mightily to
accommodate the many suggestions. Obviously, it would help us if you
could get us your comments sooner rather than later.

We know in advance that both space and the inevitable fact that many
suggestions will conflict with one another will make it impossible to
incorporate everyone's feedback.  With that in mind, we will plan to
sent out an updated manuscript on June 8th.   Assuming that no further
substantive modifications are needed, we will plan to submit the
manuscript to the Hall A CC on Friday, June 11th.

We hope this schedule is workable for everyone.
