[E12-11-009-collab] Hall C GEn Collaboration Meeting on Tuesday, Oct 22 (tentative)

Dear Collaborators,

We would like to have a Collaboration Meeting for the Hall C 12 GeV, GEn
experiment, E12-11-009, on Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 22 at JLab.  This is
the day prior to the DNP meeting in Newport News, so our hope is that it
may simplify travel arrangements.  Video/audio conferencing will be
available for those who wish to attend without travel.

Discussions topics will include experimental design, including the
design of the neutron polarimeter, the precession/sweeping magnet
system, and funding questions.  In particular, there will soon be a
strong need for groups to work on construction of the polarimeter.

We'll develop a more detailed agenda as we get closer.
